Our preferred initial method of contact for reservations is via email. Please send your phone number if you prefer a call back.
Otherwise, we will provide an invoice via Paypal for deposit or the full amount, depending on your request and the timeline. This invoice can then be printed and mailed to us with your deposit check or you can pay it online with a Paypal account or without one, with your credit or debit card. Or we can arrange to call you to process a credit card payment via telephone with our processor.
Seven days prior to your actual arrival, the remainder of your balance will be due by the same method (if not previously paid in full). This is necessary as we are a small business with limited resources and this way we ensure payment for services rendered in advance of your arrival.
